Position Overview
We're seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and play a key role in driving daily operations. This position goes beyond traditional administrative support. This individual will serve as a strategic partner, helping maintain alignment across teams and ensuring priorities are executed efficiently. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and understands the demands of the construction, HVAC, and plumbing industry.
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling
- Handle confidential, time-sensitive, and high-priority tasks with professionalism
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, project updates, and communications
- Assist in tracking key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables across departments
- Act as a liaison between leadership, project teams, and external partners
- Note: This is an in-person position located at our headquarters in Earth City, MO
- Experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, or a related industry strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules, anticipate needs, solve problems, and take initiative in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
