Position Overview
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused HVAC Sales Rep to support the growth of our construction sales team. We’re looking for someone who understands the HVAC/mechanical industry, knows how projects come together, and can build trust with owners, engineers, and contractors.
This is an ideal opportunity for a junior-level salesperson (3–5 years of experience) who is ready to take the next step, someone who is hungry, coachable, and motivated to grow within a high-performing team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and facility managers
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities in commercial and industrial markets in St. Louis and Nationwide
- Support our internal preconstruction and estimating teams
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and bid strategies
- Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions through the sales pipeline
- Stay engaged throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Represent Jarrell at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities

3–5 years of experience in the commercial and industrial HVAC/mechanical contracting industry

Working knowledge of HVAC systems, piping, plumbing, and mechanical construction processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic and sense of accountability

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Coachable and eager to learn from senior team members
