Our Process

With any tenant improvement request, the Jarrell team will first meet with the client to discuss the desired changes and evaluate the space in-person to review the buildings current condition.

After this point, a set of drawings will be created that review the specifications for the project including the scope and turnaround time, which are reviewed during a sit down meeting with the client. Upon approval, work begins and is typically achieved in an accelerated time frame, usually seeing completion within 2 - 3 months.
