- Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish—keeping them on time, on budget, and on spec.
- Oversee daily project operations including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and strong working relationships.
- Track project progress and costs; manage change orders, submittals, RFIs, and closeout documents.
- Support field crews and ensure alignment between drawings, fabrication, and installation.
- Conduct job site visits to monitor quality, safety, and installation progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience in mechanical or construction project management.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems in commercial construction environments.
- Proficient in project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills—able to keep teams aligned and motivated.
- Organized, solution-focused, and calm under pressure.
- Familiar with interpreting mechanical drawings, specs, and schedules.
