Overview

Position Details

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week. 

Available Tracks

Sales & Account Support APM

  • Work directly alongside a Salesman. Responsibilities include assisting with active customer accounts, supporting ongoing construction jobs, coordinating project documentation, client communication support, and job tracking and follow-up. This track is ideal for candidates interested in construction sales, client management, estimating, business development, and long-term account ownership. 

Warehouse & Supply Chain APM

  • Work directly alongside a Service Manager. Responsibilities include supporting inventory and material tracking, assisting with technology implementation, improving internal processes, coordinating supply chain activities, and helping manage logistics. This track is ideal for candidates interested in operations management, construction technology systems, process improvement, and supply chain management. 

Operations & Service APM

  • Work directly alongside an Operations Manager. Responsibilities include assisting in managing service jobs, supporting operational scheduling, coordinating service teams, tracking performance metrics, and identifying efficiency improvements. This track is ideal for candidates interested in high-level operations exposure, business management, field operations leadership, and scaling service departments. 

Tenant Finish APM

  • Work on small tenant finish projects. Responsibilities include project design, handling coordination, working with subcontractors, reviewing plans and scope, tracking budgets and timelines, and supporting field execution. This track is ideal for candidates interested in construction management, estimating, engineering, and cost control. 
Skill Requirements

Who Should Apply

  • We welcome applicants from a wide range of majors and backgrounds, including Engineering (all disciplines), Construction Management, Business (all disciplines), Computer Science, or any degree paired with a strong interest in construction. An engineering degree is not required.
  • This role is ideal for current college seniors, recent graduates, or individuals seeking entry into the construction industry. 

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, professionalism, accountability, and basic computer proficiency are expected. Construction experience is helpful, but not required. Candidates should be eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
