We’re looking for Project Engineers to support the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects. This role serves as a critical link between the field, design team, and project management, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with contract documents and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Project Manager role within a fast-paced, design-build environment in mechanical contracting.

Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project operations from preconstruction through closeout

Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain project progress

Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion

Prepare, track, and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders

Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including drawings, specs, and logs

Review contract documents to ensure scope alignment and compliance

Assist with material and equipment procurement, including vendor coordination

Track equipment deliveries and ensure alignment with project schedules

Support budget tracking and cost reporting efforts

Collaborate with BIM/VDC teams to support coordination efforts

Review drawings and assist with constructability analysis

Participate in coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and support field teams

Assist with problem-solving and coordination

Ensure safety, quality, and installation standards are upheld

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

0–3+ years of experience in construction, mechanical contracting, or related industry

Basic understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems

Familiarity with construction documents, drawings, and specifications

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Exposure to BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks) is a plus
