Responsibilities
  • Oversee mechanical construction projects from start to finish, on time and on budget.  
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and forecasts; spot issues early and keep things on track. 
  • Lead teams, including engineers, field staff, and subcontractors. 
  • Be the main point of contact for clients and partners—run meetings, give updates, and build strong relationships. 
  • Visit job sites regularly to review progress, ensure quality, and uphold safety and code standards. 
Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred. 
  • 8+ years of mechanical contracting or construction project management experience, with a track record of managing commercial or industrial mechanical builds.  
  • Ability to lead projects of $5 million plus  
  • Proficient in project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar). 
  • Strong communicator with leadership skills—capable of thinking strategically and acting tactually.  
  • Experience in construction project management software. 
  •  Ability to travel as needed.
