  • BAS Application Engineer
    We are seeking a detail-oriented BAS Application Engineer to support the design and execution of building automation projects. This role is responsible for developing control drawings (primarily in Microsoft Visio), interpreting project documents, and supporting project teams to ensure systems are designed correctly and installed efficiently. You will work closely with project managers, field technicians, and contractors to keep projects on track and prevent issues before they hit the field.

    Design and develop commercial and industrial refrigeration systems for projects ranging from grocery stores to large-scale facilities. Collaborate with project teams to create code-compliant, energy-efficient system layouts and documentation.   • Project Engineer
    Provide critical support on mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate planning and execution with engineers, field teams, and subcontractors. Manage project documentation, track performance metrics, and assist with budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Help ensure field operations align with project goals, safety standards, and code compliance.
  • Project Manager
    Lead mechanical construction projects from start to finish—ensuring they stay on schedule, on budget, and built to spec. Oversee daily operations, coordinate teams and subcontractors, manage documentation, and serve as a key liaison between the field and office.   • Engineering and Project Management CO-OP
    Students will gain on-site office experience and perform multiple duties: assisting in load calculations and mechanical system design; engaging in project estimation, proposal development, and drawing reviews; learning and applying relevant software tools and energy modeling systems; supporting project documentation, submittals, and workflow management.
