    We’re looking for a Service Dispatch Coordinator to join our Service Team at our headquarters in Earth City, MO. This role is key in keeping our service operations running smoothly. This position is responsible for scheduling technicians, coordinating service calls, and serving as a communication hub between customers, technicians, and the service team.
  • Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist
    The AR/Billing Specialist is responsible for managing construction billing and accounts receivable activities, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and compliance with contract requirements. This role works closely with project managers and clients to support smooth financial operations across active projects.
  • CAD-BIM Technician
    Support project teams by developing detailed 3D models and coordinating mechanical systems for commercial and industrial projects.
  • Refrigeration Engineer
    Design and develop commercial and industrial refrigeration systems for projects ranging from grocery stores to large-scale facilities. Collaborate with project teams to create code-compliant, energy-efficient system layouts and documentation. Support preconstruction efforts, equipment selection, and field coordination to ensure high-performing, constructible designs from concept through completion.
  • Project Manager
    Lead mechanical construction projects from start to finish—ensuring they stay on schedule, on budget, and built to spec. Oversee daily operations, coordinate teams and subcontractors, manage documentation, and serve as a key liaison between the field and office. Monitor quality, cost, and progress through site visits and proactive project tracking.
  • Senior Project Manager
    Take ownership of complex mechanical construction projects from planning through completion—ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to spec. Lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules and forecasts, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners. Drive progress with regular site visits, quality oversight, and strategic issue resolution.
  • Engineering and Project Management CO-OP
    Students will gain on-site office experience and perform multiple duties: assisting in load calculations and mechanical system design; engaging in project estimation, proposal development, and drawing reviews; learning and applying relevant software tools and energy modeling systems; supporting project documentation, submittals, and workflow management.
