Overview

We’re looking for a Service Dispatch Coordinator to join our Service Team at our headquarters in Earth City, MO. This role is key in keeping our service operations running smoothly. This position is responsible for scheduling technicians, coordinating service calls, and serving as a communication hub between customers, technicians, and the service team.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, prioritize, and schedule incoming service requests to ensure timely response and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate daily schedules for service technicians based on skill set, location, and availability.
  • Communicate job details, customer needs, and logistical information to technicians and the Service Manager.
  • Monitor service progress and provide updates to customers as needed.
  • Support technicians with scheduling adjustments, parts coordination, and general logistics.
  • Review service documentation and assist with basic administrative tracking.
Skill Requirements
  • 1–3 years of dispatch, service coordination, or related experience (HVAC industry experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and solutions-focused.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC terminology is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
