Project Overview
We delivered full mechanical systems for two critical aircraft hangar projects at Tinker Air Force Base, supporting the maintenance and readiness of the KC-46A Aircraft. Working with The Korte Company and under the direction of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, our team provided HVAC and plumbing services across more than 210,000 square feet of secure military facility space — all under a design-build delivery model.

Project Scope
The first facility, a dual-bay Fuel Maintenance Hangar, included two 89,997-square-foot tall-bay docks designed for fuel/defuel maintenance, along with support spaces, back shop areas, and admin offices. The second was a Depot Maintenance Hangar, a 121,632-square-foot structure configured for corrosion control, repair, and multiuse maintenance.
We were selected for our proven expertise in design-build hangar construction — a space where performance, reliability, and coordination are mission-critical. This multi-year effort reflects our deep experience with high-security projects and large-scale mechanical systems for government and military clients.
