Tesson Ridge
Project Overview
The Jarrell team is currently working on Phase 1 renovations for the Tesson Ridge facility located in St. Louis, Missouri. This 1980's building is being fully renovated, and has partnered with Jarrell to remove and install all new systems, including:
- 2 Constant Volume Rooftops
- 1 VAV Roof Top
- 210 Split Systems
- Fan Terminal Units
- VAV's in Common Areas
- 10 Mini Splits
- 2 Makeup Air Units
- 13 Louvers
- 210 Exhaust Fans for Restrooms
- 24 Exhaust Fans for Various Garage & Public Spaces
- Various Smoke/Fire Dampers & Air Devices
- Controls for Various Equipment
Our Approach
This project presented a unique challenge with the design, as the concrete contained double tee’s which required additional planning. The Jarrell team created a 3D model of the space to confirm the layout showed all areas of penetration in the floor, ensuring the units would be installed/spaced properly to meet code and to establish proper performance.
