Terra at the Grove

Project Overview

This project for Terra at the Grove was a new construction build that covered four floors and included 307 apartments that were addressed over two phases.

During the initial phase of this project, Jarrell was responsible for the design, planning and installation of the following systems:

• 307 Daikin heat pump split systems
• Gas piping for outdoor grills
• Daikin split systems in common use areas including the fitness centers, social areas, etc.
• Trane Rooftop Units (RTU's) for large open areas, including the hallways and lobby.
