Teamwork in Action

The project kicked off with three truckloads of materials and equipment, including all ductwork and VRF units. Crane picks were strategically phased: the first for curb and DOAS installation, and the second for setting condensers. When an issue with the seismic spring system was spotted between crane days, the Jarrell team quickly coordinated with The Korte Company, Budrovich, and TMI to survey, diagnose, and reinstall the equipment without delay. The quick thinking and quality-first mindset earned praise from Korte’s QC team.
