Project Scope
This project was selected for a design-build delivery model, giving the owner enhanced flexibility and real-time budget control. Our deep design-build refrigeration expertise enabled a fast-track approach that kept the job moving efficiently, without compromising performance or cost.
One of the project’s biggest challenges was maintaining full operation of the existing facility during construction. Phasing was critical: our team executed precise planning and coordination to ensure refrigeration systems, cold storage areas, and loading docks remained active throughout construction. The result? Zero disruption to operations, and a seamless transition from old to new.
