Project Overview

Progress is being made on this senior living facility project, Keystone Place at Richland Creek in O’Fallon, Illinois. Partnering with Holland Construction, Jarrell is delighted to present the development of this new 170,000 square foot four-story building which will consist of 149 apartments; including 64 independent living, 66 assisted living, and 19 memory care, plus one guest suite.
