Project Overview

PROJECT COMPLETE! Delmar Gardens III: Chesterfield’s Hottest Class A Office Space. Developer and construction manager Cushman & Wakefield teamed with General Contractor Clayco and Gray Design Group to complete this 5-story, 125,000-square-foot, Class A office space in mid-2017. The multi-tenant structure includes a fitness/recreation center and a 4-story, above-grade parking garage. It’s the first Class A, multi-tenant office building to be built in West St. Louis County since 2008. We are excited to have been a part of this project!
