Project Scope

The project in St. Louis consisted of a 3D-coordinated renovation of an existing facility, centered on the installation and integration of new HVAC systems, including chillers and air handling units. Leveraging advanced coordination technology, the team was able to effectively plan and align mechanical systems within the constraints of the existing structure. This approach improved constructability, reduced potential conflicts, and supported the efficient delivery of upgraded building systems designed to enhance overall performance and reliability.
