Recently, we were selected to deliver comprehensive design-build refrigeration, HVAC, and controls systems for Coastal Carriers' new distribution facility in Foristell, MO. These systems were designed to meet the demands of a high-capacity cold storage environment.
Project Overview
In addition to the core cold storage zones, the facility includes a dedicated office area along with a battery charging and maintenance zone, supporting operational efficiency and workforce needs.
The new distribution center features:
- 55,600 SF of freezer space
- 29,300 SF of cooler space
- 23,500 SF of cold dock area
- 15,500 pallet positions to support high-volume storage and distribution
