We partnered with Boyd Gaming and Russell Contracting on the Ameristar Casino U2 Conference Center in St. Charles, MO, delivering HVAC, plumbing, and controls for a 70,655-square-foot renovation.
Project Overview
The space now features two expansive ballrooms, multiple meeting rooms, and a full-service kitchen, all built within the unique constraints of an active casino. From early ductwork installation ahead of ceiling structures to chilled water fan coils, Titus VAVs, and full system integration, this project required detailed planning, close coordination, and seamless execution.
Scope Highlights
- HVAC, plumbing, and controls throughout the new 70,655 sq. ft. conference facility
- Installed Multi Aqua high-wall chilled water fan coils, Titus VAVs, and air devices
- Strong coordination of equipment and manpower within an active casino environment
