Jarrell recently helped bring new life to Allied Medical's 85,000-square-foot facility by retrofitting the building's multi-zone chiller and air handler system. Our team added boilers, new controls, and tied everything together into a modern, fully integrated building monitoring system.
Project Overview
With the site just minutes from Jarrell's main office, we were able to stay closely involved and responsive throughout the project. Our technicians handled everything from leak testing and duct installation to plumbing, medical gas piping and balancing.
Because the building had been vacant for some time, we performed multiple checks on the existing equipment to ensure reliable performance. The result? A smooth boiler and pump startup, a fully connected BMS, and a comfortable, efficient environment ready for operation.
