100 Above the ParkA Jarrell Case Study

Project Overview

Jarrell Mechanical Contractors partnered with Clayco Corporation on the 100 Above the Park project. This project was a design-build HVAC and DDC Control project.

This 36-story Luxury Apartment complex  was recently completed, allowing Jarrell Mechanical Contractors to install their in-house prefabricated mechanical skid consisting of boilers, pumps, and piping prior to the mechanical room being completely assembled. This allowed them to utilize the tower crane for installation of the system.

Jarrell also utilized the tower crane to install the in-house prefabricated steel for the cooling towers and cooling tower installation along with the multi-section dedicated outside air unit that had to be assembled together with the assistance of the tower crane.
