Our Process

The Jarrell design-build team completed both mechanical and plumbing services for this project. Selective demolition occurred to determine which replacement of piping systems was required and what systems could be reused to save cost. Oversized louvers were selected for the VTACs to match the existing window openings and custom showers were designed to meet ADA requirements while still fitting within the existing floorplans for the units. This project is estimated to be completed in June of 2024.
