Jarrell Mechanical Contractors Expand with the Acquisition of H&A Mechanical Services

St. Louis, MO based Jarrell Mechanical Contractors announces the acquisition of H&A Mechanical Services to launch them as a full-service supplier in commercial refrigeration, bringing this complex industry into their in-house design build capabilities.

Jarrell has built and implemented extensive piping and integrated HVAC control systems for fortune 500 companies in the food industry.  The H&A acquisition shows Jarrell’s commitment to build on these successes to provide full-service refrigeration to a wide array of industries including supermarket chains, large food manufacturers, beverage facilities and more. The former CEO of H&A Mechanical Services, Timothy Hicks, will spearhead this merge and brings nearly 10 years of firsthand experience to lead these efforts and help build the Jarrell brand in this new space.

This acquisition extended Jarrell’s service offering footprint and thereby led to an expansion of Jarrell’s 16,000 sq ft fabrication shop in Berkeley, MO to accommodate this growth.
