Building for What’s Next:Jarrell Contracting Announces New Hazelwood Headquarters
A new chapter is underway at Jarrell Contracting.
After more than 70 years of growth, we’re making a major investment in what comes next with a new 191,000-square-foot headquarters and operations center in Hazelwood, Missouri. The expansion will bring our teams and operations together under one roof while creating 105 new jobs in the St. Louis region.
Designed to support the way we work today, and where we’re headed tomorrow, the new campus will bring together administrative offices, fabrication shops, warehousing, training, and field support in one centralized location. The result will be greater collaboration across our teams, expanded capabilities, and an even stronger foundation for serving our customers.

Since 1954, Jarrell has grown from its St. Louis roots into one of the Midwest’s largest family-owned mechanical contractors, delivering HVAC, piping, plumbing, refrigeration, and building automation solutions for complex commercial and industrial projects nationwide.
Our new headquarters is the next step in that story—giving our people, technology, and operations room to grow while strengthening the quality, responsiveness, and expertise our customers have trusted for generations.
