Project Overview: Lab duct work and piping

Challenges/Solutions: Tight scheduling and coordination allowed project completion in 23 mini-phases, without delays. Field personnel Sean Brice and Craig Conger worked with job superintendent, Jim Mraz, to stay ahead of schedule by disconnecting and preparing for the arrival of new lab equipment, and then promptly reconnecting new equipment as it arrived. Day-to-day impact for the customer was minimized as they moved out of each next phase and into completed areas.
