BRDG Park at The Danforth Plant Science Center

Project Overview: 22,000 square foot commercial laboratory build out. Jarrell installed all lab service pipe, acid waste pipe, exhaust duct work, supply duct work, air handler, lab exhaust boxes, VAV boxes with hot water coils and lab sinks and emergency eye wash stations.

Challenges/Solutions: We worked with the general contractor to complete the build out in three months, without completed drawings or equipment and materials ordered.
