Project Overview: HVAC and plumbing for a new wing in a senior living community that comprised an additional 39 resident rooms. The project also included HVAC and pluming renovation of an existing 18 resident rooms, along with common multipurpose areas.

Challenges/Solutions: To expedite the schedule, some of the rough-in plumbing was pre-fabricated.
