Project Overview: Design/assist/plan and spec medical office building with doctor services, including five surgery suites. System is a variable volume rooftop unit.

Challenges/Solutions: The site for this project allowed limited access, had extreme grades and no staging areas. Chris Jarrell and Sean Brice brought multiple ideas and solutions to the table to overcome these obstacles. This building is LEED^® Certified v 2.2 Core and Shell.
