Customer: HBD Construction

Project Overview: PTAC units serving all hotel rooms and a single VAV RTU to serve the first floor lobby area. Jarrell also installed a dehumidification pool unit for the indoor pool area on the first floor of the building.

Challenges/Solutions: The building is a post tension concrete structure, which required detailed coordination and pre-planning with all the trades during the first phase of the project.
