Project Overview: 14 tankless water heaters were installed using labor from four different trades (plumbers, tinners, electricians and pipefitters) to complete an efficient system in a minimal amount of space.

Challenges/Solutions: Three large storage tanks (15' x 7' diameter each) had to be demolished and removed from an old boiler room. Two heat exchangers were taken off line. They were replaced with 14 individual indoor gas instantaneous Rinnai water heaters (180,000 btu each). Windows were removed and replaced with sheet metal to allow for installation of vent caps. Project was completed in three weeks - two days ahead of schedule, in time for the start of the next semester.
