Bank of Washington

The Bank of Washington added an additional two stories to its existing two-story facility. Jarrell was contracted to do the HVAC and plumbing systems work.

Hilton Homewood Suites

PTAC units serving all hotel rooms and a single VAV RTU to serve the first floor lobby area. Jarrell also installed a dehumidification pool unit for the indoor pool area on the first floor of the building.

The Security Building

This building is one of Jarrell's seven LEED^® certified projects. At its completion in 2007, it became one of the few historical rehab buildings to achieve LEED^® certification in the country. The building was awarded LEED^® Silver by the United States Green Building Council.
