Project Overview: LEED Silver Rating anticipated. Design Build mechanical and plumbing project for 220,000 square foot facility.

Design-Build mechanical and plumbing project for a 120,000 square foot facility.
Bank of Washington
The Bank of Washington added an additional two stories to its existing two-story facility. Jarrell was contracted to do the HVAC and plumbing systems work.
BRDG Park at The Danforth Plant Science Center
22,000 square foot commercial laboratory build out. Jarrell installed all lab service pipe, acid waste pipe, exhaust duct work, supply duct work, air handler, lab exhaust boxes, VAV boxes with hot water coils and lab sinks and emergency eye wash stations.
Center for Orthopedics and Sports Medicine
Design/assist/plan and spec medical office building with doctor services, including five surgery suites. System is a variable volume rooftop unit.
Chase Park Plaza
$7,000,000 HVAC Design-Build for a historical hotel and lofts project in mid-town St. Louis, Missouri.
De Mattias Hall at St. Louis University
14 tankless water heaters were installed using labor from four different trades (plumbers, tinners, electricians and pipefitters) to complete an efficient system in a minimal amount of space.
Hilton Homewood Suites
PTAC units serving all hotel rooms and a single VAV RTU to serve the first floor lobby area. Jarrell also installed a dehumidification pool unit for the indoor pool area on the first floor of the building.
Kirk of the Hills
Replacement of a 40-year-old multi-zone system, utilizing multiple air handlers and condensing units connected to the existing ductwork. The new systems were connected to a building EMS system, giving the customer total control to minimize energy consumption.
Ladue High School
Ladue Middle School
32,000 square foot classroom addition with new direct expansion rooftop air conditioning equipment with natural gas heat. The project included a major HVAC renovation to the existing buildings.
Linn State Technical College
A geothermal heat pump system to serve a new automotive addition to the existing campus. Approximately 156 geothermal wells at 200 feet deep serve this addition.
McKinley School
Jarrell served as the prime contractor for this $6,300,000 Design-Build HVAC rehab.
St. Agnes Home
HVAC and plumbing for a new wing in a senior living community that comprised an additional 39 resident rooms. The project also included HVAC and pluming renovation of an existing 18 resident rooms, along with common multipurpose areas.
Syndicate Trust Building
Conversion of the Syndicate Trust building into 20,000 square feet of retail space, 89 condos, 70 apartments and 13 town homes. Jarrell was contracted to provide Design-Build, mechanical, plumbing and controls services.
The Security Building
This building is one of Jarrell's seven LEED® certified projects. At its completion in 2007, it became one of the few historical rehab buildings to achieve LEED® certification in the country. The building was awarded LEED® Silver by the United States Green Building Council.
U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Raised Floor
Lab duct work and piping: Tight scheduling and coordination allowed project completion in 23 mini-phases, without delays.
United States Postal Service P and DC facility, Miami, FL
USPS Miami is a 480,000 square foot United States Postal Service Distribution Center. This was a design build project for The Korte Company and Jarrell Mechanical Contractors.
