Bank of Washington
The Bank of Washington added an additional two stories to its existing two-story facility. Jarrell was contracted to do the HVAC and plumbing systems work.
BRDG Park at The Danforth Plant Science Center
22,000 square foot commercial laboratory build out. Jarrell installed all lab service pipe, acid waste pipe, exhaust duct work, supply duct work, air handler, lab exhaust boxes, VAV boxes with hot water coils and lab sinks and emergency eye wash stations.
Ladue Middle School
32,000 square foot classroom addition with new direct expansion rooftop air conditioning equipment with natural gas heat. The project included a major HVAC renovation to the existing buildings.
St. Agnes Home
HVAC and plumbing for a new wing in a senior living community that comprised an additional 39 resident rooms. The project also included HVAC and pluming renovation of an existing 18 resident rooms, along with common multipurpose areas.
The Security Building
This building is one of Jarrell's seven LEED® certified projects. At its completion in 2007, it became one of the few historical rehab buildings to achieve LEED® certification in the country. The building was awarded LEED® Silver by the United States Green Building Council.
