Since an HVAC system's energy is approximately 30-50% of a building's energy consumption, we've been involved in providing energy solutions to our clients since the company’s inception. The energy solutions services we provide bring all our core competencies into play: auditing, problem solving, Design-Build, commissioning or recommissioning, operation and maintenance. We integrate these services seamlessly to help our customers fight rising utility costs and take advantage of any available tax incentives and rebates.

• Energy audits – An in-depth analysis of all systems that affect energy and utility consumption including HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, lighting and building envelope. An energy audit will include recommendations for improvements, as well as anticipated savings from the improvements and anticipated date of return on investment.
