Safety

At Jarrell, safety is more than a Monday morning meeting or a checklist. Each project we initiate is unique, and we recognize that. Our Safety “Day-by-Day” program allows Foremen to analyze and point out different potential safety hazards through routine day-to-day tasks. The results of these tasks are then documented and reviewed by Jarrell's full time Safety Director.

Each Jarrell employee completes an interactive safety orientation before they ever step foot on a job site, and on-going safety training updates throughout the year are mandatory. To ensure safe work sites, our Safety Director regularly visits sites to review behaviors and conditions. Project Managers also perform regular safety audits to complement the efforts of the Safety Director.
